Telescopic Boom Cranes is a new generation of fully hydraulic lifting equipment designed and manufactured for port ships, also known as marine cranes, ship cranes, stern cranes, etc.
The cross-section of the crane arm adopts a pentagonal structure, made of high-strength plates specially used for cranes, two-section retractable arm structure, and independent lifting of hydraulic winches. It has the characteristics of stable performance, compact appearance and beautiful appearance.
Features:
♦ Safe and reliable design, beautiful appearance.
♦ Small installation space, light weight, and large lifting mass.
♦ The integral slewing device has high transmission efficiency and large torque.
♦ Planetary lifting winch effectively reduces system temperature, faster operation speed and higher reliability.

Telescopic Boom Cranes
Versatile Heavy-Lifting Solutions for Dynamic Environments
♦ Telescopic Boom Cranes, based on a pedestal slewing design with hydraulic cylinder luffing, low weight and reduced complexity make the cranes remarkably maintenance-friendly.
The boom extension is a telescopic inner section that allows a more flexible and wider operational radius and leaves the crane stored in a compact position. Low weight and a less complex design make our telescopic boom crane a maintenance-friendly product.
The cranes are in operation at fish farming vessels and bigger service vessels.
♦ The telescopic boom crane is composed of multiple nested boom sections. The material of the boom sections is typically high-strength alloy steel to guarantee adequate strength and corrosion resistance. Special anti-corrosion treatments are conducted on the surface, such as hot-dip galvanizing or spraying with marine-specific anti-corrosion coatings, to withstand the erosion of seawater and salt fog.
♦ The telescoping mode is mainly hydraulically driven, and the extension and retraction of the boom sections are controlled by multiple hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system is capable of providing powerful and stable power, enabling the telescopic boom to accurately extend and retract under various working conditions.
♦ The base is the connecting part between the crane and the ship’s deck. It is usually fixed on the ship’s deck by means of welding or bolt connection. Shock absorbing pads or shock absorbing devices are installed between the base and the deck. For some large marine telescopic boom cranes, the base will also be reinforced and connected to the main structures such as the ship’s keel to withstand greater lifting loads and torques generated during operation.
♦ The rotating mechanism permits the telescopic boom to rotate on the horizontal plane to expand the working range. Hydraulic motors or electric motors provide the rotational power, and precise angle control can be achieved through the control system, facilitating the lifting and placement of goods.
Delivering safe, innovative, economical, and highly effective solutions through a systematic and harmonious value equipment.
