Basic Information：
This customer is from Romania. They have an abandoned concrete factory building that was built decades ago. They want to build a new one and install a 10-ton single-beam overhead crane to help with unloading. After communicating, we found out that the customer wanted to save the investment as much as possible, but still wanted a high-spec overhead crane.
It’s been such a long time that the blueprints of the factory building were lost. The customer’s engineer could only draw a diagram by hand according to the data we needed and mark the position where the bridge crane was supposed to be installed.
Technical Solution
Based on the data the client gave us, we suggested that we could build a free-standing crane inside the original concrete without having to tear it down and rebuild. This way, we could save the most money on the investment. After a week of talking it over, the client agreed with the solution and the quote we offered.
